registered charity No. 1152651. We shall be making donations through fund raising
throughout the year. For more information about Ligusa Crossroads Childrens Home

Autotest is also very proud to give sponsorship to two fantastic british racers who are quickly becoming the top racers in their league.
Our first sponsorship goes to Gavin is an experienced racer with links to Swaffham Raceway going back to the 1980’s. Gavin competed in the 2011 Mondeo Rods, an all Mondeo formula, providing some very close non-contact racing, Mondeo Rods are Swaffhams own formula and started in May 2008. With previous Championship wins 2011 saw Gavin take 5th position due to missed club meetings, however with a new Mondeo being built 2012 promises to be an exciting year.
Another category Gavin raced in with great success wining the 2011 Championship is the “Street Stocks” racing a Nissan Almera, these are standard production cars lightly ironed up for nudge and spin. Seeing the state of this car returning after a race meeting, we can guarantee some excellent onboard footage later this year!
Gavin will be competing again in both classes in 2012, expect some amazing action on the on board camera!
Our second sponsorship is for Oliver, a 14 Year old pupil at Taverham High School, Norwich. He began his karting career at Cromer 3 years ago, he then progressed to the Top Katz kart school at Red Lodge where he learnt the basic racing skills in the 160cc Honda powered corporate karts.
In June 2009 Oliver started to race his own kart at Top Katz, a 2008 JKH, in the Junior TKM class. In 2010 Oliver finished 4th in the Red Lodge Championship and won the Ellough Park Championship. In July 2010 Oliver took his ARKS test at The Hunts Kart Racing Club, Kimbolton passing with 100%. Having a MSA Racing licence now enabled Oliver to compete at the top circuits in the country and using the last 6 months of 2010 to compete his 6 novice races Oliver began 2011 with a National B licence.
2011 saw Oliver complete the club Championships at Kimbolton and Whilton Mill finishing a respectable 12th and 10th and also picking up the prestigious “Junior Sportsman of the Year” trophy at Kimbolton. 2011 also saw excellent results at the East Anglian Championships competing on the all new Tal-Ko chassis and driving for Graham Fyson Engineering, Wisbech. August 2011 at the TKM Festival unfortunately saw this chassis written off, but with another chassis from Tal-Ko Racing Oliver managed to drive at the Brazilian Cup later that month.
2012 began with a 8th place finish at an extremely cold Kimbolton in January, winter testing and racing at PFI in Lincolnshire saw some excellent results with a 8th place in the Winter championships racing against the best drivers in the country at this International Circuit. Oliver is looking forward to competing in the 1st round of the British Super 1 Championships, and the Midlands Inter Club Championship in 2012.
